Seventeen years coordinating owners, architects, structural engineers, and MEP consultants through the permitting and plan check systems of Southern California building and safety departments. Scope has included permit application submittals, plan check and departmental review, RTI processing, historical preservation approvals, change-of-use permitting, public works coordination, and architectural review board sign-off.

15-story medical office building facade renovation and interior common-area modernization. Coordinated design teams, interior designers, permitting, and construction through close-out.

Design-build seismic retrofit of an existing non-ductile concrete building, completed fully occupied. Scope included complete interior renovation and a new roofing system alongside the structural upgrade.
